Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL SERVICES
We ask that you arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes prior especially for any permanent makeup services.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so, 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please call us directly at 207 571-4826 (Please do not reach out through Facebook, Instagram or E-mail to cancel).
NO-CALL AND NO-SHOWS
If you no-call and no-show your appointment, it will be noted and you will be charged 50% of the service.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND REBOOKING
If you cancel or reschedule the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. It will be noted and a deposit will be required towards your future/rescheduled appointment. As an appointment based business, we respectfully ask that you will be considerate towards our provider’s availability.
